Exceptional Dog Care

For the West End by the West End

Our Services

  • For days when your doggo wants company while you’re doing your matinee or evening show. We’ll pick them up in town and your pup will enjoy a walk, a snack/meal, and some cuddles before being returned to you when your show comes down.

  • The days of rushing home between shows are over. Now you can bring your dog to town with you, leave them with us before your matinee warm-up, and we’ll bring them back to you after you take your evening bow. Your pup will enjoy walks, meals, and many cuddles.

  • Rehearsals, workshops, auditions - you’re busy and we get it! Leave your doggo with us while you’re doing your thing and they’ll enjoy walks, meals, treats, and all the cuddles they can handle. Available between 08:00 and 22:30 with a two-hour minimum.

  • Going on tour? Booking a holiday that’s not dog friendly? Have a late-night night cast party and want to avoid the early morning walk? Now your dog can enjoy their own West End Tails holiday while you jet off on yours. Availability is very limited because let’s face it, overnight cuddles are hardest to share. Book early to avoid disappointment.

About the Team

We’re pet lovers, performers, and pals who have struggled to find quality care for our own dogs while we worked eight shows a week in the West End and beyond.

Ralph’s Story

Ralph is one of our regulars at West End Tails, but his owner was unsure whether to send him to us in the first place. “Ralph is a particular little so-and-so,” says Jennie, his mum. “Last year, he was going through an especially anxious period. When I started my new job in the West End, I was initially trying to find a sitter who would come to our house for double-show days. He’s so friendly, but he was always unsure around other dogs, and he hated travelling on the tube. I was afraid that bringing him into busy central London on a regular basis would disrupt him further and cause even more anxiety.”

Jennie took the plunge with West End Tails after her local sitter moved away, and Ralph has been coming to us weekly for around four months. “To my utter surprise, his anxiety levels have dropped massively,” she says. “He is so much better with other dogs, and now says hello to everyone who gets on the tube. He loves everyone at West End Tails and can’t wait to go there for his weekly social event! He’s even found a girlfriend there; I love scrolling Instagram between shows and seeing pictures of them snuggling, snacking, and enjoying their day.”
